Squarespace Commerce items may be exported to an a.csv file. You may import your items to third-party services, keep a copy for your records, bulk-edit your inventory, or transfer your products into another Squarespace site using this editable.csv file.
Before you begin:
-
- Different formatting may be required by third-party services. When uploading items to another service, modify your.csv file to meet their unique needs.
- The export.csv file follows the same format as Squarespace import.csv file, with the addition of a column for pages. When importing, the pages column is not used. Click here to get an example.csv file.
Limitations:
- This is only a one-time export. Any changes made to your original store or.csv file will not be automatically synced to Squarespace after the export.
- Physical and service items are the only ones that may be exported. Digital products cannot be exported.
- Each product can only have three variant options exported (e.g., color, size, material). Additional variation options will not be included in the.csv file.
- Product information, featured images, and variation images are not exported.
- You have the option of exporting up to 10,000 products. Each variant is considered as a separate product. Products that exceed this limit will not be included in the.csv file.
